Join the National Association of Community Health Workers (NACHW) as they explore CHWs’ experiences and perspectives in a series of “what works” in CHW-led approaches and innovations when promoting health outcomes in four populations experiencing substantial health burdens and service gaps: people in re-entry, people experiencing homelessness, Native Americans/Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders.

The What Works Toolkit Series (WWTS) was developed over a year, guided by an advisory of subject matter experts (SMEs), primarily CHWs (including CHRs, promotoras, and peers) with decades of professional and lived experience. During the webinar series, they share key findings of the What Works Toolkit survey and listening sessions, case examples, breakout room discussion, and a Q&A session
