Help Spread the Word: New Jersey Behavioral Risk Factor Survey (NJBRFS)

The New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) is asking for your help to promote the New Jersey Behavioral Risk Factor Survey (NJBRFS), a key tool for collecting vital health information to help improve our healthcare system.

Since 1991, NJBRFS has helped track chronic health conditions, risk behaviors, and the use of preventive health services through the anonymous telephone survey. Each year, around 8,000 residents respond to the survey, however many miss this opportunity as many calls go unanswered.

You can help change that!

By joining our Outreach Network and Awareness Campaign, you can ensure more residents recognize and respond to the NJDOH survey call. Encourage your clients to answer the phone when they see, "New Jersey Department of Health" on their caller ID.

🔹 Printed copies (English & Spanish) are available upon request just reach out to NJBRFS@doh.nj.gov

🔹 Questions? Call us at 609.913.5766.

Please share it with your community and together, we can build a healthier New Jersey, one conversation at a time.
