H.R. 1 Informational Roundtable

New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC) invites you to attend an H.R. 1 Informational Roundtable on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Jersey Reentry Training and Employment Center, 195 Campus Drive, Kearny, New Jersey.

This roundtable is intended for individuals who receive Medicaid or SNAP benefits, elected officials and their staff, community partners, legal and healthcare providers, faith-based organizations, veteran service providers, advocacy organizations, NJRC Ambassadors, and others who serve individuals and families who may be affected by H.R. 1.

The discussion will focus on:

1. Medicaid and SNAP benefit updates

2. New work, education, and community-engagement requirements

3. Documentation needed to help protect benefits

4. Practical steps elected officials, staff, providers, and community partners can take to support the individuals and families they serve.
